The lovely folks from the Bozeman Stingrays Synchronized Swim Club have arranged for Alison Bartosik and I to come to “Big Sky Country” and show Sync or Swim at the Bozeman Public Library. The screening will take place on Saturday, April 30th in the Library’s meeting room and Alison and I will be on hand after the movie to answer questions. Alison will be doing a synchro clinic for some lucky local swimmers and we’ll both be in attendance at the Stingrays’ water show on Sunday!

If you happen to be at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai this summer, check out the entertainment as you shop in the form of Aquasync’s indoor synchro performances. Performance schedule is as follows.
Aquasync, a graceful team of six international synchronised swimming performers from Europe will perform three times daily at the Mall of the Emirates Galleria from June 19-28 at 4:30pm, 6.30pm and 8pm on weekdays and 4:30pm, 6.30pm and 9:15pm on weekends.
I don’t know exactly where the Galleria is located, but I’m guessing you’ll find it somewhere in between the food court and the Gap. Here’s what you have to look forward to:

Unfortunately I won’t be attending this amazing event as I’ll be at SILVERDOCS the same weekend, but if you are in the area you should definitely check it out. The fact that the Russian Olympic Team will be there is totally wild. I guess the teams will be checking out each other’s moves. It actually looks like the event is sold out, but you should go anyway in the hopes that there are extra tickets. Seriously, you don’t want to miss this…unless you are coming to see Sync or Swim at SILVERDOCS, in which case that’s a really good excuse.
